How to follow by RSS

RSS is a free way to get new issues without email. A feed reader app checks the feed for you and shows each new issue as soon as it is posted. Nothing to sign up for, and nobody sees your address.

  1. Open a feed reader. Free options include Feedly, Inoreader, and NetNewsWire, and Microsoft Outlook can follow feeds too.
  2. Copy the feed address below.
  3. In your reader, choose Add, Follow, or Subscribe, and paste the address. Most readers also accept usgovexplained.org/newsletter and find the feed on their own.

Teachers and librarians: the same address works in the RSS feature of many class sites, library guides, and team chat tools, so new issues can appear there automatically.
